Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) will be processed for same-day dispatch.
Orders confirmed after this time may still be dispatched the same day or on the following business day.

No shipments are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Please note that the cut-off time applies to order confirmation received in our system.
Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be updated automatically within up to 2 days after dispatch.

Kindly note that delivery timelines are managed by the courier. For delays in transit, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
We remain responsible should the tracking number be invalid or untraceable.
