Returns & Exchanges

At Jose Daroca, each piece is carefully inspected to meet our standards. If your item is not as it should be, we will make it right.

Eligible Cases
Returns are accepted within 14 days for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Damage in transit (unboxing video required)
• Incorrect item received (shipping covered by us)

Items must be unused and accompanied by clear proof.

Not Accepted
We do not accept returns for change of mind, minor variations, personal preferences, or items showing any signs of use. Requests beyond 14 days will not be processed.

Exchanges
Available for unused items in original condition, subject to stock availability and review.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before packing. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Request Process
Kindly contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and supporting photos or video.

All requests are reviewed individually. Final decisions rest with Jose Daroca.
